In today's reality, project requirements change so fast, that development teams need Agile methodologies like SCRUM to give proper response to clients.
Airgile is a tool to boost the productivity of development teams using SCRUM. By connecting with Trac, a de-facto open-source ticket management tool, Airgile retrieves open tickets so they can be used to create new sprints by simply dragging and dropping the tickets. After Sprint creation, when developers close tickets using Trac, Airgile will detect these changes updating automatically the burndown chart. Features also a personal overview for each developer as a replacement/improvement to the SCRUM morning meetings. It is planned for future versions of Airgile the support for client ticket management to allow clients to submit feature and improvement requests to their projects, with card-sorting and progress tracking.
